Purchase a ROBOTC License (New)

This guide will walk you through, step by step, on how to purchase a new ROBOTC license through robotc.net's purchase page. If you wish to turn in and upgrade an existing license, please see our Purchase a ROBOTC License (Upgrade) page instead.

Purchasing a New License

1) First, you will need to navigate to ROBOTC's purchase page (robotc.net/purchase) and select which version of ROBOTC you would like to purchase.

2) Once you have selected which license you wish to purchase, click on the corresponding “Purchase” button.

3) Double check to make sure the bundle has been added to the cart correctly. If everything is correct, click the “Checkout” button.

4) Two choices will become available; because you are purchasing a new license, you MUST enter a valid email address into the 'New Customer' field or the checkout procedure will not complete properly!

5) On the next page, you will be asked to verify your customer information; fields marked in *red must be filled out. *Filling out these fields with the correct information helps ensure that we will be able to assist you should an issue with your license ever arise.

6) You will then be directed to page that verifies that the order is correct and asks you to choose a payment method. If the order is correct, select the preferred payment method and click the ‘Continue’ button.

7) The page that appears requires you to enter the information for a valid, working credit/debit card or ask you to log into your Paypal account, depending on which option was selected on the preferred payment page.

8) Once the information is entered and confirmed you MUST select the ‘Place Order’ button in order to complete the transaction.

9) When the order is completed and processed, you will receive an email (sent to the address provided in the customer information page) containing your receipt as well as your license ID and password. You can then download ROBOTC from our downloads page (www.robotc.net/download) and use your new license ID and password to activate the product.
