Where are the latest ROBOTC Beta Programs?

 Where are the latest ROBOTC Beta Programs?Hello All;
I just Bought a License for RobotC for IFI. I have been working with the Vex for almost 3 years now with EasyC and the MPLAB IDE. I have installed RobotC 1.40, but I wanted a newer Version as well.. 1.40 is the newest version released for the VEX. We typically don't release Beta versions except during competition times, when new features need rushed to the public. Is there some particular feature you're looking for, but not finding in 1.40? |

Well..... I meant Beta of the Compiler itself. Well... The new "VEXnet Upgrade" needs RobotC v1.54b (re: Page VEXnet Upgrade). I am just getting prepared... Re: Where are the latest ROBOTC Beta Programs? That 1.54b was an alpha build so it's not really supported the same way the standard builds are. It's for people who want to do bug testing only. If you want to build programs for your VEX, I would recommend you stick with the release version, available here: [LINK].

But my understanding is that the release version (1.40) does not support VEXnet. I'm specifically interested in using ROBOTC to program a VEX Microcontroller via the new VEXnet wireless interface, but I was led to believe that I need something newer than 1.40 for that. Thanks, - Dean |
