Post robot virtual worlds processes
I don't understand if we can use preloads. Will someone plz explain if if I can because I heard that the robot needs consistency. I'm addition, I read in the riles that the robot at the end of the autonomous get 10 points. I thought that it was just one minute and it was over. If I am not clear with what I am asking plz tell me. Thanks in advance for any help.

Also, isn't the whole virtual competition just one minute and the one with the highest points wins. If this isn't the case, plz report quickly thanks.

Which robot virtual world competition are you referring to? (Nothing but net, bank shot, mini urban challenge)

Also, which game mode are you referring too within the competition? (Competition, Robot Skills, Programming Skills)

I am part of the Nothing But Net competition. I am doing the virtual worlds programming challenge. I am using virtual worlds for it.

You are right. There is not an "autonomous period" for programming skills, so there are not points awarded for autonomous. The scoring is the same as the real nothing but net programming skills challenge.

Here is a link to the online PDF.

Yes but I read in another discussion that the robot needs consistency. I was wondering how can the robot be consistent if I am not gonna be their to load the preloads. Plz check the discussion I read this from might have been about another competition. Also, does it need to be consistent or am I wrong? :P

What discussion are you referring to?

In the virtual nothing but net programming challenge, you can place match loads by clicking on the green balls when you are in the loading zone. When you click a green ball, a virtual ball will appear in the robots intake.

I understand what you mean. We are mainly looking for programs that do not have any code or are clearly violating rules of the competition. Your program will be valid if it demonstrates the potential of earning your submitted score. You do not have to worry if you have followed all of the rules of the competition.

Hey the last question I have is how to submit a score. Is there a special procedure I have to do?
