I am French , 60 years , and I used to built programs with NXT G ...

I start with robotC ...

I did a tank which follow a other one with a IRSeeker and a IRlink ;

OK with NXTG ;

Now with robotC ...

With robotC I tried to use the HTIRL-test1 for the HiTechnic IR Link Sensor ;

I have dowload the last BOT BENCH and it works for all sensors ( ie the IRSeeker )

but with the HTIRL-test1 ( from BOT BENCH ) there is a message which says always :

" code generation not performed .Error during compilation "

Well ... but it do not say why or where in the program ;

so as I am a beginer with robotC and I do not know what to do or how to use the HiTechnic IR Link Sensor with robotC ;

Perhaps some one would have had the same problem ... and could help ?

it is the last one , I bought last week : 3.50

I am sorry but my driver suite does not support that version yet. I am working hard (as we speak, in fact) on getting my suite ready for all the changes that came between 3.08 and 3.50. Also, there are some bugs in 3.50 that prevent my suite from working. This will be fixed in 3.51, which is due to be released on Monday or so.

Just give me a few days. I am travelling Monday and Tuesday (I am currently in a beautiful little village in the South of France).

I am currently working on renaming all of the drivers to a more sensible naming scheme. So instead of "HTIRL-driver.h", it will be "hitechnic-irlink.h". Since I have about 75 drivers in all and almost twice as many test programs and all have to be renamed and edited, you can imagine that is quite a boring task!
