 upgrading Robot C to New versionDo we need to deactivate Robot C before uninstalling to install an upgrade? or does the uninstaller leave the key information available on the computer for the new version? I would like to know the recommended procedure. Thanks -Kb

Re: upgrading Robot C to New version Well, you can never go wrong with a deactivation, followed by a deinstallation, followed by a reinstallation. Whether that is the recommended way to go, no idea but it works fine and is the safest option
