Hi, i was wondering if their is any way i can get Microsecond timing on the cortex? I am going to try to output a compost video signal and i need microsecond timing.All the timing functions in robotc seem to on a millisecond clock, is their any way i can change this?

I know its doubtful that i can but i just though i would ask anyway.

Unfortunately, no. Like you said, everything in ROBOTC is based off of millisecond timers. Sounds like a cool project though!

It doesn't matter , i think i have a way to do it. I am going to see how many loops in a while loop it takes to go for 1 millisecond and then divide that number by 1000 and then i have 1 us thanks for the help though.

I suggest you get a larger sample, like how many iterations are needed for 10 or even 100 ms.
Should help with precision since 1ms can mean 1,0-1,99... ms while 100ms can mean 100,0-100,9.. ms
