Post Evaluations
This applies to both the FTC and VEX challenges.

How are we supposed to evaluate the submissions? Without the RVW licence I can't run the code, am I supposed to try to figure out what the code might/should do and how well the code works (not necessarily point value), or just base it off of the quality, neatness, how well it theoretically works, and such of the code?

Then how are we supposed to submit evaluations? Once I click evaluate, (1) I can download their code, read their description, and click submit evaluation, but that takes me back to the screen to select a program to evaluate and the image has evaluated written on it. I can click edit evaluation, but that takes me back to (1).
