Post RobotC 4.53 "Motors and Sensors Setup" for NXT robot problem
Using Graphical ROBOTC 4.53, and "Platform Type" Lego Mindstorms NXT, I used the "Motors and Sensor Setup" to define the configuration of my Lego NXT physical robot.
Using "Motors" tab, I changed the "armMotor" description to "noMotor" and the "Type" to "No motor", but when I clicked "Apply" I was not allowed to save the "No motor" Type, it reverted to "NXT Motor".
Using the "Standard Models" tab, when I tried to put in a "Model Description" I was not allowed to type in any description of my new model.
I am using an updated Windows 7 system.
Is this a known error, or am I not understanding something?
This labelling hassle comes in the category of "annoying" rather than "vital", but since I'm teaching Primary School children with mix of NXTs and EV3s, anything to reduce their confusion is useful...
