Post an Internet controlled robot
How do I made an Internet controlled robot? I need to make a robot, that is connected to the internet or something so that I can control it from very far away. I am going to attach a camera to it and find out what kind of animal is snooping around our other house (we rent out houses). Any ideas on how to make one on a budget?

You will more than likely need a Wifi shield for the Arduino, and the specific coding/setup for it will vary from chip to chip. Here's a link to two major websites (Sparkfun and Adafruit) that carry many Arduino-specific shields and components.

Sparkfun: https://www.sparkfun.com/search/results ... ifi+shield
Adafruit: http://www.adafruit.com/search?q=wifi+shield

There are many, many more out there, and the best suggestion I can make is to do a bit of research, make sure you understand the project (plan out exactly what you want to do, what could prevent the robot from achieving those goals, and then start figuring which parts fit your goals), then start researching specific parts, prices, etc.

You should use Arduino Wifi Shield or CC3000 Wifi shield with Arduino board. They both are awesome for Wifi controlling. You can read more about Getting Data from WebServer using Arduino Wifi from this link. If you need more help then ask here and I will help you out.
