Post Using RVW Ranger with NXT and TETRIX motors?
I'm trying to set up my Robot Virtual World for Cascade Effect.

I'm using NXT controllers with TETRIX motors in RobotC 4.0.

I cannot seem to get the simulator configured right to find the RVW Ranger virtual robot.

I'm loading the Moving Forward - TETRIX.c program from the Virtual Worlds\NXT directory. It has a pragma defining a standard robot model called "RVW Ranger". When I load the Virtual World it only shows RVW REMBOT as a robot option. I can't seem to get the two in sync.

Am I loading the wrong program or am I configuring the environment/target incorrectly?

In the Cascade Effect Virtual World, there's only three robot options: Conveyorbot, Gripperbot, and Scissorbot. So, you won't be able to user the Ranger robot. Now, where is it that you say the REMBOT is being displayed? It seems like that shouldn't appear anywhere in the Cascade Effect Virtual World. :?
