 gripper motor (user error?)
I'm having trouble getting the "gripper motor" to work on the virtual configuration robots. The other motors perform as expected, but I see no action using the gripper motor. I've tried both + and - values for the motor, but neither appears to cause any movement. I'm guessing that I've overlook some detail, but I'm wondering if the virtual world does not allow the physics of gripping, lifting, etc. (just movement). Any help would be most appreciated. Cheers, - Jon

 Re: gripper motor (user error?)
Hi Jon,
The gripper functionality has been taken out of the currently released RVWs until we can address some of the performance issues with it. Affected RVWs include the FTC and VEX challenges, Palm Island, the Curriculum Tables and the Curriculum Tables Preview.
The Tech Demo showed it could be done, but we're still working on a way to provide gripper functionality that is both realistic and useful.
