If you are using RobotC you do not have to load the Program chooser, that is a utility
used by LabView.

Under the "Autonomous and TeleOperated Templates" section are documents
that explain how to set up your auto and teleop programs for use with the FCS,
see the "Two Program Configuration in ROBOTC" document.

The "FCS Guide" explains how to use the FCS during competition.
