I never said it would turn up in the Motor and Sensor Setup. You need to look at the examples that I wrote and you need to read the documentation that comes with it. The drivers are *not* part of the official ROBOTC package. As the name (3rd Party ROBOTC Drivers) suggests, they are made by people other than the folks at Robotics Academy, namely me

They don't integrate with the IDE the way the built-ins ones do.
I will see about writing a "get started" document for these drivers, it seem you are not the only one who has trouble using them. I am not promising anything this week, though

Writing good documentation is a very time consuming activity and this is something I do in my spare time.
