They can be named whatever you want. The autonomous program will be manually run by you at the start of the match. For the Tele-op program, you need to select which one you want using the "Teleop Program Name" box on the "Jostick Control" screen.

Names don't matter, so long as you have your FTCConfig.txt file set to whatever your tele-op program is.

Where is the documentation on the FTCConfig.txt file? What is the format of the file? How do you create it using the various software platforms?

As I've stated before, select the program you want using the "Teleop Program Name" box on the "Jostick Control" screen and the FTCConfig.txt file will automatically be created on the NXT.
