We have, as of yet, been unable to construct a working autonomous program from scratch. What we did was copy what we wanted into a pre-constructed "practice" program that we downloaded off of the FIRST website.

Could anyone help us help us construct a working autonomous program (from scratch, without any pre-done parts) so we can control exactly what it does? Thanks in advance.

Also, we need an explanation as to why the servos reset themselves when the autonomous program starts. We just came back from a competition and had autonomous servo problems. Any explanation??

Ok. Well. Autonomous from scratch is simple. You simply type what you want the program to do.

If you want to move a motor forward such as MotorA, the put in,

motor[MotorA] = 100;

Where the number is the power level.

as far as the servo goes, this is a hardware feature of the servo controller just set the servo to a position at the strt of teleop and autonomous.
