 Reset HTAngle on HT SMUX
Hi,
Is it possible to reset the accumulated angle of a HTAngle plugged on an HT SMUX ? We need to reset it but we don't find the method.
Thanks.
Thibaud.

It is not. You cannot send commands to a sensor connected to the SMUX. Only the read-only commands can be used. This is by design of the SMUX and not a limitation of the software - Xander

Can't you swap it out with another sensor that isn't on the SMUX?

 Re: Reset HTAngle on HT SMUX
we think about it...
Do you know the I2C adress of the SMUX, and the I2C adress of the HTAng?
We think that we could use the Mindsensor Splitter with the SMUX :
NXT->Splitter->SMUX
And connect an MSDIST to the splitter. With this configuration we can connect our two HTAng directly on S3 and S4.

 Re: Reset HTAngle on HT SMUX
You may end up not being able to talk to either sensor due to the fact that both have pull-ups on their I2C lines. It's worth a shot, though. The I2C addresses are in the drivers, near the top of the driver files Look for "HTSMUX_I2C_ADDR" and "MSDIST_I2C_ADDR". Although, I am pretty sure the MSDIST uses a very different address from the SMUX. - Xander
