Post High Precision Infrared distance sensor for EV3 problems
Hi I downloaded the botbench / robotcdriversuite to get my infrared sensor working but when I ran the sample program (mindsensors-irdistitest1.c) I got the following error in the debug stream.

ERROR, You have not setup the sensor port correctly.
Please refer to one of the examples.
Detected SensorType on port[0]: 0

Could you please help me Xander?

What platform are you using? EV3 or NXT?

You need to set up the sensor as sensorEV3_GenericI2C in the pragma, that will most likely solve your issue.
