lost old activated robotc, cant deactivate

 lost old activated robotc, cant deactivateHey guys, I recently had to reinstall windows since my hard drive got messed up and I wasn't able to deactivate RobotC, and now when I try to activate it again it says I need to deactivate my old one, but it no longer exists... Any help?
