Infrared Wireless Temperature Transmission Alarm System
we have finished the system recently and I would like to share our idea with you.
This system is based on the UNO R3 Board.
and we need the following items:
1.2×5v Power Supply
2.2×UNO R3 Boards with USB Cable
4.1×DS18B20 Temperature Sensor Module
5.1×Infrared Receiving LED
6.1 x Box of hard jumper
7.1 x bundle of breadboard Cables
8.1x 15 Dupont Cables
9.1x Infrared Emitter LED
10.5x Key Switches
11.2x Adjustable Resistances
13.2x LED Board Module
the working principle of this system:
This system use the DS18B20 Temperature Sensor Module to detect the temperature, and the data will be compiled into the code which can be transmitted by infrared, then the data will be transmitted to another system via the Infrared Emitter an Receiving LED. When the temperature is above the maximum or below the minimum , the buzzer will alarm to warn people.
the demonstration effect:
When the systems start up. We can see the LCD Module of the Emitter System displays the current temperature, while the Receiving system dose not.
1)First, for the Receiving system, we should press the key 0-3 to adjust the maximum and the minimum temperature. And we can see the original maximum and minimum has been changed in the LCD Board.
2)Next, for the Emitter System, we press the key 4 to transmit the temperature data to the Receiving system, and the temperature in the LCD Board of the receiving system is above the maximum, the Buzzer will alarm.
3)Let us adjust the maximum and minimum temperature again, and then press the Key 4. For the Receiving system , the temperature in the LCD Board is below the maximum, the maximum won’t alarm.
