I hope this is appropriate for this forum? I wanted to upgrade to Windows 8 from Win XP for running RobotC and I use VMWare Fusion 5 on a Mac Mountain Lion host. I fancied a clean install as I only really have Windows for RobotC and MS Robotics Studio so try to keep things light and fast. The process of doing a clean install in VMWare Fusion was not so straightforward. I've written up my experiences and solutions in case there are any more Mac RobotC users wanting to upgrade or having probs.

So far it looks like RobotC is running fine under Windows 8.
