Post Presenting our new Webpage....jjrobots!
Hi community!
I just only wanted to present our child: I guess this is the perfect place to do this.

My friend and I have been working hard to create it and finally it is here
The idea of the site is bringing Open robotic projects closer to the people by providing hardware, good documentation, building instructions+code and "how it works" info (and fun!).

Everything happened during a conversation with Jose, my partner here. We really wanted to share the knowledge and ideas with everyone:
To make robotics/electronic and computing easier and fun for everybody interested.

We have designed ... a sort of electronic basic "bricks" devices, that can be used for several projects at the same time. Everything is OPEN (both software and hardware), so it is modifiable/hackable. If you buy one of these "bricks" you can use it in more than one project.

The projects are aimed to intermediate/high robotic skills levels. But this make everything... funnier. Find support in the community if you are stuck

Two videos of projects developed in jjrobots:

Air Hockey Robot Project (a 3D printer hack)

and the ... B-robot (the self balancing Robot!)

Currently working in some other projects that will be releases as soon as possible:
Well, I guess you have an idea about what it is...but it is no so simple...wait for surprises!

You will be very welcome at

Thank you!
Both projects showed in the videos took around...3-4 months. The Air hockey robot was a REAL challenge... solving issues as they arise (lots!): Switching to video detection for the "puck", changing the NEMA motors to more powerful ones, different robot behaviors... Near to give up several times.

There is some info about the development here:

We are happy with the outcome. Other robotic enthusiasts are modifying and customizing the robots as well:

We are glad you like them
