In order to program the secondary (Partner) VEXNet joystick in ROBOTC, you simply need to add an 'Xmtr2' to the joystick channel or button name when accessing them in your code. For example:
As long as the Partner joystick is attached to the main VEXNet Joystick Controller properly (and the main VEXNet controller is connected to a Cortex via VEXNet or direct tether), this will allow you to control your program with a secondary joystick.
