 DC motor Programming
So I have the code I need but I dont know what a dc motor is called under the sensors and motor setup tab. All I see is a 3 wire motor, The motor I am using is a large motor with a motor controller on it. If anyone knows what it is called and how to program it that would be great.
Thanks

 Re: DC motor Programming
Try VEX 393 Motor, it is the larger of the motors and only has two wires going into it.
If you switched out the gears in the large motor then it may be set up for a VEX 393 Fast Motor.
If the motor has the motor controller integrated into the motor it will have 3 wires going into it and you should select the 3-wire Motor.
If it is the smaller motor and only has two wires going into it then it is the VEX 269 Motor.
I think that it will send the same signals no matter what you select, but it affects how the encoder signals are processed. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
