Hello, I am trying to use the Cortex inside of my school that has a open network. The problem with the open network is that it requires you to login upon connecting. When i try to use the corte it only works for a few minutes before it is kicked off. Is there a way to add my login username and password to either the cortex or the coding of the robot?

The Cortex cannot connect to an existing wireless network; the VEXNet system creates its own ad-hoc network between the Cortex and VEXNet controller. For more information on how to set up a Cortex with VEXNet, please take a look at our ROBOTC wiki guide on the subject.
Edit: On re-reading this, do you mean that the school network is interfering with the VEXNet connection between the Cortex and Joystick Controller? If so, you will want to look at the VEXNet MAC Utility to see if your IT department is able to authorize the MAC addresses of the VEXNet USB keys.
