Computer wont install COM driver for the usb to com connect

 Computer wont install COM driver for the usb to com connectMy computer is a Windows 7 desktop and I have ROBOT-C installed but when i connect the USB to COM connection it finds it but the driver wont says it wasn't or cannot be installed so i cant program my robot.
