 deactivating license
I'm trying to deactivate my license to update from 3.00 so i can get 3.03 for cortex. when I have clicked on my license and click 'deactivate license', it asks "Do you wish to deactivate this feature 'ROBOTC for LEGO MINDSTORMS'?" even though i have a cortex license. I click yes anyway and I get a deactivation error message 'Invalid Parameters'.
Help please!!!

 Re: deactivating license
To help you with this issue, ROBOTC Support will need you to share your License ID, which you probably don't want to post on a public forum. I'd recommend submitting a ticket here: http://www.robotc.net/support/

 Re: deactivating license
Keep in mind that you don't actually need to deactivate your license just to do minor upgrades (from 3.00 to 3.03). Your computer will know that your license is associated with that particular activation of ROBOTC.

 Re: deactivating license
We always recommend updating to the latest versions so that you have the latest features and fixes. It's up to you if you want to do it.
