Dear All...

Sory because the "dummy" questions, but I'm a newbe in NXT programming...

I didn't find an easy way to transfere image and sound files to NXT using RobotC.

Does any one can help me, how you all have helped me..

Thanks in advance.

Post Re: Image and Sound Files
The generic way is to use the command "Robot -> NXT Brick -> File Management" which has commands to upload and download files to the NXT from the PC.

However, ROBOTC is pretty smart for sound and image files used in your program. If you program source includes a statement like:
Code:
PlaySoundFile("sounds.rso*);

then the ROBOTC knows the name of the file and will check whether it is present on the NXT when you try to download your program to the NXT. If it is not found on the brick, it will try to find it on the PC and automatically download it for you. It looks in several directories for the sound and image files. One of those is the directory that NXT-G uses to store all its sound and image files; you may have to configure the name of this directory -- it's configured using the "Edit -> Preferences" command and will be in the "NXT Directories" tab. NOTE: to see this tab, you'll have to have your setting set to "Window 0> User Level -> Expert".

Hope above helps.
