ROBOTC Support & Contact Information
We do not always have time to respond to messages on the forums, so if you don't feel you've received a reply to your issue on the forums from the other community members and would like direct communication:
Support Questions or Issues:
support@robotc.net or
http://robotc.net/supportBug Reports or Feature Requests:
http://www.education.rec.ri.cmu.edu/tools/mantis/These are the fastest way to resolve any outstanding issues or ask a question directly to the developers.
We are continuously working on the 1.40 release and other developments with ROBOTC, so we ask for your patience. By installing BETA versions, you are accepting that there may be features not functional and/or broken things. These broken things may not be in previous stable releases because we're always making improvements.
A few additional notes:
- If you are also using BETA software, you have the right to report bugs (which helps us make the software better) but not "demand" fixes. No one fix is more important than another fix and it's not fair to users to have the person who "shouts" the loudest get the most attention.
- We make an attempt to read every post, but by "bumping" posts to move them to the top of the forum doesn't help anyone. This is a violation of forum rules and repeated violations will be subject to account deletion and banning.
- Forum trolling will not be tolerated and repeated violations will be subject to account deletion and banning.
