How to save the data files in notepad before sending in cellphone through bluetooth?

the concept of work:

1. the lego robot identified object in three different colors(green,yellow and blue).

2. Every identified of object have color increment 1 in notepad. but not send in cellphone until can't reach the blue color.

3. Example they have 6 object Message in Notepad: " 2 green "
" 4yellow "

4. If the robot reach the color blue it means end point them send the message via bluetooth.
