 Re: Install firmware without internet?
Hi,
I have downloaded the RobotC installation package (which is an EXE file) from the internet, however, I don't think that installation (of the 30-day trial) on the PC or installation of RobotC firmware onto the NXT brick requires internet connection.

Hi Hans
Do you mean the Firmware, as in what you put on the NXT, or the RobotC software?
You don't need the Internet when using RobotC, Once you download the installer, you don't need it anymore. The only thing you need the internet for is to download new versions of RobotC or to ask questions on the forum.
Did I answer your question? Let me know if I didn't.

Thank you very much Laszlo and Scott.
I misinterpreted the word "download" in video2 in the quickstartguide.
It's all OK.
Greetings
