You won't try the alphas so why do you need another alpha release?

I'm waiting for the public release coming after the final releases coming after the beta releases coming after the alpha releases.

then I just have to wait just 1 more monday for the bug fixing reports in the bug tracker - and then here I am!

EDIT:
Imagine, the Mamas and Papas have been together just 2 1/2 years.
But now, 40 years later, their songs stay famous and popular like in the sixties.

I'm hopeful that I'll be able to say the same when the public bug-fixed RC version finally will have been released ;)

The following bugs mentioned in this thread are fixed in version 1.58

Revert to last file.
Access to raw A-to-D raw values. I think it was actually in release 1.56
1.56 and above use new MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes) version 9.0. These provide a updated GUI interface including docking windows for the debugger. In some early versions of 1.56 the appropriate installer was not being included in the ROBOTC installer. This is now fixed. ROBOTC should not be generating activation errors in the Microsoft event logs.
