Post Bluetooth, messageread returns 0x80 instead of 0x02 in byte0
Hi,

I'm setting up a BT communication between a NXT as slave and a PC as master. I'm using VB.net and mindsqualls on the PC. Setting up a connection is no problem, sending messages goes fine. But when I try to do a meesageread from the PC the return package starts with 0x80 instead of the expected 0x02. I cannot see what is in the remainder of the message as mindsqualls throws an exeption. On the brick I use the sample program called NXT BT messaging.

I studied the NXT developer kit and direct commands and the mindsqualls code as well. Mindsqualls seems to work a it should. Does anyone know what could be going on here?

Thanks in advance.

OK, I found out what is happening, I think. As robotC is running in full duplex mode, messages from the slave are sent without the need to go and get them using a messageRead on the PC (the master). What mindSqualls was reading were independend messagewrites from the slave and not responses from the messageread command.
I have added a new method to mindsqualls to get this data but I'm afraid it will also bother other mindsquall functions
