It may be possible to run ROBOTC on Chrome OS, but it would require a virtual machine running a Windows OS (or dual-booting into a Windows partition) and depending on the specifications of the Chromebook, performance may suffer. Unfortunately the only answer I am able to provide is that it may work, but would not be officially supported by the ROBOTC team.
